Yes, the items in our pawlicious menu are made of simple, unseasoned human dish that is perfectly safe for you and your pet consumption .

Walk-ins are welcome. However, due to limited seating, priority will be given to reserved tables. We encourage you to make a reservation before your visit.

• Spend HK$600 at the Arca Society to redeem 2 hours of complimentary vehicle parking.

• Standard Parking Rates: Hourly parking is HK$60 per hour; overnight parking is HK$400 per vehicle (subject to availability). [1]

To keep your dogs and our guests happy, the following house rules have been put in place:

• Due to limited seating, priority will be given to reserved tables. We encourage you to make a reservation before your visit.

• Dog guardians must pick up any "deposits" left by their pets. If assistance is required for cleanup, a cleaning fee of HK$1,000 will be applied per incident.

• Except for guide dogs, dogs are only permitted in designated pet-friendly areas of the restaurant.

• Please make every effort to keep barking to a minimum.

• Dogs are only permitted to use disposable tableware, available upon request.

• Dogs must be kept on a leash no longer than 1.5 meters at all times and cannot be left unattended.

• To ensure a peaceful dining experience, the Arca reserves the right to ask guests and their pets to leave if a pet is unable to settle into the environment.

• Guests are liable for any damage and/or personal injuries, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the hotel from all liability and damage suffered as a result of the guest's pet.
